At Tailor House Custom Suits, we begin preparing custom suits specifically for each customer. Please review our cancellation policy before placing your order.

Custom-Made Suit Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a custom-made suit at any time before tailoring/production begins.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number.

If tailoring has not yet started, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

After Tailoring Has Started

Once tailoring or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, as the suit is being specifically prepared according to the customer's selected size, measurements, or specifications.

Once production has started, cancellation due to change of mind or no longer wanting the suit will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 7–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
